Are your bags water-resistant?
Our packs and duffels use water-resistant coated shells and zippers. They handle rain and spills; they are not submersible.
How do I care for my bag?
Spot-clean with mild soap and water and air-dry. Avoid machine washing and tumble drying.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — we stand behind our construction. If a seam or zipper fails under normal use, contact us and we’ll make it right.
