Refund & returns policy
We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn’t right, you can return it.
- Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: items must be unused, in original condition with tags/packaging.
- How: email support@peakgoodiez.store with your order number to start a return; we’ll send instructions.
- Refunds: issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
- Exchanges: happy to swap for a different bag — just ask.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
